We were devastated to hear about the situation that happened in Cebu, Philippines when typhoon Rai hit. We saw that many people needed help to restore their homes, our team visited many of the people that were affected and saw that there were families in particular who had houses made from light material whose roofs and walls had flown away, which led them to sleep in a tarp; when asked they said what they didn’t have any material to build and reconstruct.

With help throughout the world, we were able to raise and donate money, nails, and the materials that were required for a roof. And accompanied by our team they were all able to reconstruct the shelter in the Argao Municipality.
